Qualifications: Certificate in Mental Retardation Nursing (Equivalency with Bachelor Applied Science (General Nursing) with specialisation in Learning Disabilities). Currently completing Graduate Diploma of Management with Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
Career Summary: Thirty-five years of experience in the field of disabilities, primarily in senior management positions across a number of settings, including accommodation services, project management, day services, case management, operations, human resources and business development.
Awards and major achievements:
A member of the Kew Residential Services Redevelopment Executive.
Managing and leading the development and establishment of national services for people with acquired brain impairment.

Qualifications: BSc(Hons) MClinNPsych MAPS, Macquarie University.
Career Summary: A Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience working in acquired brain injury (ABI), geriatric and neurological rehabilitation. His work experience has included two years as lead clinician in a community ABI rehabilitation unit in the UK. From 2005, Luke provided an acute inpatient neuropsychological service with an emphasis on diagnosis, clinical management and capacity assessments working on the Mornington Peninsula.
Awards and major achievements: Currently the Chair of a working party that is developing guidelines for the preparation of neuropsychological reports for the Victorian Guardianship List.
