Commenced with arbias Ltd in 2007.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science Disability Studies. Currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Management with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
Career Summary: Thirty years of experience in the field of disabilities, primarily in senior management positions across a number of settings, including accommodation services, project management, day services, case management, operations, human resources and business development.
Awards and major achievements:
A member of the Kew Residential Services Redevelopment Executive.
Managing and leading the development and establishment of national services for people with acquired brain impariment.

Career Summary: Extensive experience in the alcohol and other drug related brain impairment sector including Ozanam House as the Manager Accommodation Service and Manager Catering Teams and Volunteers. Over fifteen years of experience in the welfare sector including working with children and families and young adults with a disability field and alcohol and other drugs issues.
Awards and major achievements: Successful implementation of Court Integration Services Program. Project Development Officer for the development of the Ozanam Community Centre. Organized the first ‘Homelessness Symposium’ on behalf of the Ozanam Community.

Mr. Luke Delaney
Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist & Manager ABIAU
Commenced with arbias Ltd in 2008
Qualifications: BSc(Hons) MClinNPsych MAPS, Macquarie University.
Career Summary: A Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience working in acquired brain injury (ABI), geriatric and neurological rehabilitation. His work experience has included two years as lead clinician in a community ABI rehabilitation unit in the UK. From 2005, Luke provided an acute inpatient neuropsychological service with an emphasis on diagnosis, clinical management and capacity assessments working on the Mornington Peninsula.
Awards and major achievements: Currently the Chair of a working party that is developing guidelines for the preparation of neuropsychological reports for the Victorian Guardianship List.
