Case Management

arbias case management services provide a person centred approach to assist clients to achieve their goals enabling them to participate within their community and maximise their level of independence.

This is achieved through a Neuropsychological Assessment which provides the arbias Case Manager, client, referrer, and family/support persons' the opportunity to understand the individuals needs due to the impact of their ABI and comorbid issues (mental health and alcohol and drug issues) so that they can work together to set and achieve goals across all life domains.

The case manager then assists in the coordination of appropriate services for the individual to enable them to achieve greater independence and community integration, whilst monitoring and reviewing their goals.

We provide support with navigating and understanding the NDIS service system. Fees apply for a Neuropsychological Assessment.
