Senior Lecturer & Psychology Clinic Director at the School of Psychological Science, La Trobe University, in addition to working in his private practice. Clinical Neuropsychologist Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, 1985 – 1992. Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre 1992 – 1998. Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist arbias Ltd. Consultant TAC Medical Panel since 2001. A member of the Australian Society for the Study of Brain Impairment (ASSBI), the Australian Psychological Society, the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists and the Victorian Psychologists Association.

Has held a number of directorships ranging from the Private Sector, Government and NGOs.
